Our Approach

Buying and selling real estate is so much more then a business transaction. It's often an emotion experience where you are going to grow your family, dowsize out of a family home, look to the future with a new husband or wife, etc.  There are so many reasons for buying and selling real estate and every situation is unique. We understand this and try our best to help our customers to make the best decisions during this emotional experience.

Our Story

Christine Cowden was born and raised in Hong Kong until she attended college in Australia. After college, she moved to America and after living in several U.S. cities and states, found Marblehead as the perfect town to raise her children. She has been practicing real estate in Marblehead for almost thirty years now.

Nick Cowden is Christine's favorite son (easy to say as he is her only son) and was born, raised, and schooled in the Marblehead public school before graduating from Frankilin Pierce University in New Hampsire. Soon after college, Nick got his real estate license and practiced real estate primarily in Boston for a couple of years.  After the real estate down turn in 2008, Nick decided it was time for a change of scenery and a new career in sales so he headed out to San Diego to pursue a career in lacrosse equipment team sales. In San Diego, he found his wife, bought and sold his first couple of homes, and coached high school lacrosse. Shortly after getting married, Nick and his wife made the decision to leave San Diego in hopes of starting and raising their own family in Marblehead and so Nick could join his mother in the local real estate industry here in town... Yes, Marblehead is that great of a town that they gave it all up in sunny San Diego to come home to this great community!
